Excellent coaching, great people and a supportive and encouraging environment! As someone in my late 50s who started riding four years ago I never dreamed I'd be starting my third show season this year. MHC has helped me build my skills and confidence as a rider and to have fun most of all!!

My daughter began riding here a little over a year ago after leaving the barn she was at since starting her life around horses at 7 years old. She is now 15 and has excelled so much in the last year. This is not a slight on the former barn as we were very happy there and left due to closing. However, this speaks volumes of how progressive this barn is. She started with Jason who saw her potential and matched her with his own horse and had her coached by Melia where she was pushed a little outside her comfort zone building her confidence immensely. Since Melia moved out of the area she has been coached by Jason and Anna. She continues to develop in an amazing learning environment where lessons are delivered based on skill level. My daughter tried a few barns in the area prior to muskoka horse co. and was highly considering giving up on riding until coming here. The payment structure is fair and well worth its value. They are understanding and fair when it comes to missed lessons by either side to either make up the lesson or not charge me (when warranted). Jason and Dean run a tight, safe and clean program that I would recommend to anyone. We are very happy and thankful Jason took us on. Thank you

I tried many barns before finding Muskoka Horse Co. Here I felt that safety was a priority. The horses are great and come in many sizes which was important to me. Karen has a knack for matching me with the right horse to build on my skill and confidence. I highly recommend them.

I've only recently joined the show team, but Jason has really helped me fine tune some skills to help both schooling and in the show ring! The MHC team also is great with the horses and their care, always putting their wellbeing first.
